Job summary

A community service organization in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to supervise residents at Muhammadiyah Welfare Home. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety, welfare, and routine of boys aged 11 to 19 years. The ideal candidate will have a minimum GCE N level or equivalent qualification, be physically fit, and possess the ability to manage and educate at-risk youths. This role requires shift work and comes with various responsibilities to maintain a positive living environment.

Qualifications

  • Required to be physically fit and able to manage at-risk youths.
  • Must have minimum GCE N level or equivalent qualification.
  • Able to work on shifts as required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise residents on their daily routine.
  • Ensure safety, welfare, and confidentiality of the residents.
  • Oversee execution of residents’ daily routines and programmes.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping at all times.
  • Perform secondary duties as needed.
  • Execute other relevant duties as delegated by supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • To supervise residents on their daily routine in the home.
  • To ensure safety, welfare and confidentiality of the residents is being safeguarded at all times.
  • To supervise and ensure smooth execution of residents’ daily routine and programme.
  • To ensure proper housekeeping at all times.
  • To perform secondary duty as and when required.
  • To perform any other relevant duties as delegated by supervisor.
  • *Residents – boys between the age of 11 to 19 years old
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Minimum GCE N level or equivalent qualification/ relevant experience.
  • Physically fit.
  • Able to manage and educate at-risk youths.
  • Able to work on shifts.
