Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience solving complex, data-driven problems in a financial environment.
• Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with performing detailed analysis on complicated problems.
• Structured and organized approach to tasks with competency in project management.
• Experience in an Agile delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business and process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Work closely with software engineering teams to produce high-quality software.
• Manage the SDLC from requirements to UAT and deployment.
• Gather data insights and perform analysis to inform decision making.
• Support COO Product Managers in interactions with business and delivery teams.
• Contribute to team ceremonies and technical strategy meetings.
• Manage and coordinate a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with UX design teams to create functional UIs.
