Job summary

A luxury watch retailer in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage watch purchasing and customer inquiries. Responsibilities include handling servicing, repairs, and inventory management, along with supporting sales through marketing activities. Ideal candidates have experience in watch authentication or in pre-owned luxury environments. This is a full-time position with a 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in watch authentication, valuation, or appraisal for luxury brands.
• Hands-on experience in a pawn shop or pre-owned luxury retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle watch purchasing, price negotiation, and customer enquiries.
• Manage servicing, repairs, protective film applications, and inventory.
• Assist with watch authentication and related documentation.
• Support sales and marketing through product photography, editing, and listings.
• Perform administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
• Liaise with the Virtual Assistant team and handle ad-hoc duties.
