Job description
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and streamline daily logistics functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth inventory management, shipment coordination, and process optimization across warehouse and 3PL operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective & timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals.
  • Develop & initiate monthly reports having required project timelines, corporate metrics & productivity measurements.
  • Support inventory management consisting of reconciling & maintain of finished goods inventory by SKU along with lot date at 3PL warehouse locations.
  • Analyse & log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability.
  • Oversee & monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages.
  • Plan & arrange logistics required shipments.
  • Support simplification & standardization of processes to accelerate logistics & enhance efficiencies.
  • Identify enhancement opportunities & suggest solutions for improvement to top management.
  • Assist audits of vendor invoices & month-end inventory closing.
  • Head team to develop, articulate & maintain logistics process documentation.
  • Manage automated storage & retrieval system.
  • Manage and supervise stock inventory exercises whenever necessary.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure safety is practiced amongst workers.
  • Provide assistance with deliveries / collection as and when required.
  • Scanning invoices into the system upon receiving the invoice.
  • Tracking invoices and inform relevant delivery partners on any missing invoices.
  • Loading and unloading of containers
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
  • Have experience in ASRS
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Process Class 3 driving license
