Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, storage, and dispatch, while leading a small team to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, workplace safety, and housekeeping standards across all warehouse levels.
• Manage inventory control, documentation, and stock transfers, ensuring accuracy of GRN, DO, and packing lists.
• Conduct periodic stock counts, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Provide team training on GMP and safety practices, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Min 'O' Level or its equivalent
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, warehouse safety, and inventory management systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
