Q Fulfillment Solutions Pte Ltd (QFS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficientinventory management, order fulfillment, and timely dispatch of products.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and inventory management, performing regular stock audits.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, and handle any discrepancies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications.
