Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations including loading and unloading cargo, arranging transport, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, and preferably hold a valid forklift license. Job description

Job Description

• Perform for un/stuffing for import and export.
• Coordinate on the lifting of cargoes from containers to warehouse
• Arrange lorry crane for un-stuff container for bulk cargoes
• Arrange for the return of containers to the yard after emptied
• Consolidation all the cargoes for the suitable packing for export shipment and arrange fumigation service.
• Un/crating for the import and export shipment at Warehouse
• Attend to the surveyor for cargoes survey and inspection at Warehouse
• Attend to counter customers’ collection and suppliers’ deliveries enquires
• Cash collection on orders
• Issuing of gate pass for exit
• Assist on identification on inventory allocation and distribution functions
• Ensure operational emails requirements are performed by subordinates
• Perform OJT application to subordinate for un-competent functions
• Assist in maintaining of SOPs and safety compliance in the warehouse
• Check and verity incoming suer goods quantity against documents received and system including put-away duties to the respective storage locations
• Generate Receiver for stock orders from SAP system
• Issue of WRR documents for non-stock orders
• Perform daily housekeeping and safe-keeping check on all warehouse related documentsfor auditing purpose
• Perform daily forklift maintenance duties including supervising and acknowledgement ofmaintenance check record
• Check and verify cycle counting are being performed by the agency in charge including investigating and reconcile inventory variance and discrepancy

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a min GCE N or O level
• Possess a valid forklift license is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of working experience and knowledge of Warehouse Operation
• Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience is required
