Job description

Responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating, replenishing of goods and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage allocation, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking orders, P/Os, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
• Planning of deliveries schedule, co-ordinating and maintaining fleets of vehicles and equipment.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders in ensuring seamless delivery.
• Any other Ad-Hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in business management, logistics or related field preferred
• Familiar with WMS system, using computers and basic technology to enhance warehouse operational efficiency.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management.
• possess a forklift license will be advantageous.
• Able to commence immediately or on short notice is preferred
