Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for an organized individual for an E-commerce support role. The position involves handling returned parcels, performing basic data entry, and maintaining warehouse organization. Candidates should be independent, responsible, and capable of communicating in Mandarin. Training is provided, and the role requires handling physical items up to 10kg. This is a part-time contract position with the potential to convert to full-time, based in Oxley Bizhub.

Job description

Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable / Convertible to full time)

Work Location: Oxley Bizhub

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1.00pm – 5.00pm

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to support our e-commerce operations. This role involves handling returned parcels, performing basic administrative tasks, and data entry. The position requires independent work in a small warehouse setting and communication with overseas teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and process returned parcels from delivery couriers or customers.
  • Perform basic data entry using Excel and Monday.com.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper organization of items.
  • Provide administrative and operational support assigned by the supervisor.
  • Liaise with overseas counterparts (including Hong Kong and Taiwan) for parcel or order-related matters.
  • Operate independently as the sole personnel in the warehouse.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Able to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Basic computer literacy, including simple Excel usage.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to manage time well.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required as the role requires regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Able to handle items of up to 10kg as part of daily warehouse duties (job-related physical requirement).
