Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a storekeeping associate to manage inventory and ensure efficient operations. Responsibilities include conducting stock checks, sorting products, and maintaining timelines. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in logistics and strong attention to detail are preferred. A Class 3 Driver's License is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Able to lift or move moderately heavy items when necessary.
• Possess Class 3 Driver's License is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate monthly stock check.
• Prepare, arrange and distribute products according to pack list.
• Sort and place products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
• Receive and verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
• Pick and pack high-value products.
• Maintain daily timelines to ensure all tasks are accomplished on time.
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, inventory systems).
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift or move moderately heavy items when necessary.
• Added advantage: Possess Class 3 Driver's License
