Responsibilities

• Supervise all work in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on delivery/receiving dates.
• Train workers in work procedures and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety and security measures are met.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• Prepare customers' orders for deliveries.
• Organize and maintain Goods Inventory records.
• Effectively deploy Storekeepers in daily work assignments.
• Monitor Storekeepers' adherence to work hours and breaks.
• Safely store goods in the correct Cold-room location.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality.
• Continuously improve warehouse operations.
• Maintain good records for work activities and equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
