A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented individual for an administrative support role in store operations. The successful candidate will provide daily administrative tasks, manage inventory control, and maintain the Warehouse Management System. Key qualifications include strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role offers an opportunity to work independently while supporting operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
Provide daily administrative support for store operations, including preparing local purchase orders, receiving transfer orders, goods receiving, and generating pick lists
Manage inventory control activities, including stock adjustments and reconciliation
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Handle calls and inquiries from internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently
Prepare, update, and maintain documents such as correspondence, reports, and emails
Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
