Warehouse Operations Assistant

• Work Location (Warehouse): Pioneer, Singapore
• Salary: S$2,000 – S$2,300 per month
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday (Shift-based):
  Shift 1: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  Shift 2: 10:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Alternate Saturdays: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual pallet jacks, VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) trucks, stackers, and forklifts (forklift license preferred).
• Execute physical picking, packing, loading, unloading, stuffing, and un‑stuffing of goods.
• Receive and issue goods accurately and efficiently.
• Perform general warehouse duties within the premises.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow of goods.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Minimum Primary / O‑Level qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse experience.
• Able to operate manual pallet jack, VNA, or stacker (forklift license preferred).
• Comfortable working in an air‑conditioned warehouse environment.
• Willing to work shift rotations, alternate Saturdays, and on‑call standby duties.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
