Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Operation Assistance to support warehouse operations. The role involves operating equipment, picking and packing, and coordinating goods movement. Candidates should have at least 2 years of warehouse experience and be proficient in using manual pallet jacks and forklifts. A valid forklift license is advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position, with a monthly salary of up to $2300 plus allowances and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
• Possession of a forklift license is an added advantage.
• Candidates who can start immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, VNA trucks, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Carry out physical picking, packing, loading, unloading, and stuffing/un-stuffing operations.
• Receive, issue, and handle goods accurately to support daily warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely movement of goods.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and report any discrepancies promptly.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned while ensuring compliance with warehouse safety and operational procedures.

• Office Location: Pioneer Singapore
• Work Location: Warehouse
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm / 10.30am to 8.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
• Monthly Salary: Base up to $2300 + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract
