Job description

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for warehouse management and building/leading a team to set up the GMP procedure and carry out daily operations of the warehouse in strict accordance with the procedure.

2. Responsible for the receiving, dispatch, and storage of materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished goods, ensuring all activities comply with cGMP and the company's quality, compliance, and EHS policies.

3. Manage inventory accuracy, track stock levels, and perform regular audits to maintain compliance and reduce discrepancies.

4. Initiate, track, and close loop warehouse‑related quality events (CAPA/DV/CC, risk assessment, etc.).

5. Conduct customer and regulatory audits for the warehouse, answer relevant questions, and formulate corrective measures for audit findings.

6. Manage third‑party logistics companies, coordinating the transfer of vehicles and materials.

7. Work with other leaders at the site to support the manufacturing and quality teams in delivering client projects and solving related technical issues.

8. Complete temporary work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of related work experience, especially GMP warehouse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

2. Good communication and coordination skills, clear logical thinking, and resource integration ability.

3. Excellent learning ability and adaptability, able to think proactively and be self‑motivated.

4. Good service awareness and team spirit, able to respond to the needs of internal customers quickly.
