Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Operational and Logistics background.
• Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Oversee e-commerce fulfilment operations for accuracy and service level adherence.
• Lead onboarding and setup of new warehouse clients.
• Plan and optimize warehouse layout and inventory processes.
• Ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations with proper capacity planning.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movements.
• Implement and maintain SOPs and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and transport partners.
