Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a warehouse staff member to perform various duties including loading, unloading, stock taking, and operating material handling equipment. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred, and the ability to read and write in simple English is required. The company will provide a smartphone for performing duties. Applicants who are Singaporean will be given preference.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties such as loading, unloading, manual lifting, stock taking, space allocation, scanning, checking, put‑away, picking of goods, quality control (QC), packing, taping, labelling and sorting according to SOP.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged or missing inventory.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• Operate MHE like order picker, reach truck and pallet jack to move or store inventory when required.
• Build boxes or pallets for shipment and break down cardboard for recycling.
• Place packaged items in the correct area.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience.
• Singaporean are preferred.

Candidate is required to be able to read/write in simple English, and is required to use a smart phone to perform warehouse duties (phone will be provided by company).
