Job summary

A logistics company based in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Operative. The successful candidate will manage inventory processes, handle stock transfers, and ensure compliance with documentation. Qualifications

Job description
Main duties and responsibilities
  • Receive, ensure physical and documentation tallies, before inbounding into / after Outbound out of Inventory System.
  • Retrieve pick lists and delivery order in Inventory System.
  • Process and ensure Stock Transfers between warehouses are captured into Inventory System.
  • Monitor, Process and ensure records of Events, Consignment and Return Management.
  • Co-ordination on orders received to ensure compliance, completeness and accuracy, on both physical and documentation, with timely customer service.
  • Updating and maintaining stock cards and required logbooks.
  • Assist in ensuring accuracy of information and stocks balance physical tallies with Inventory System.
  • Coordinate for ad-hoc same day deliveries / pick‑ups whenever possible.
  • Facilitate Business Units’ Stocks Periodic and Annual Stock Count.
  • Report missing or damaged items to Superior.
  • Ensure safety and proper layout, tagging and easy access of stocks in the warehouse.
  • Ensure packaging and preservation of materials are done effectively.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, such as packing of goods, housekeeping of the warehouse, stuffing and unstuffing of containers, etc.
  • Organize and load goods for delivery.
  • Deliver goods in company owned vehicles by using the most efficient delivery routes.
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your Superior from time to time.
