Job summary

A global logistics leader in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage import shipments effectively. The candidate must have at least 2 years of freight forwarding experience and hold a Class 3 Driver license for document pickup. Responsibilities include preparing delivery documentation and coordinating customs clearance. Weekend and public holiday work under overtime allowance is required. Competitive package offered.

The Job:

• Prepare and organize delivery documentation for the handover of import shipments.
• Submit CMD documentation for import customs clearance in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor all inbound shipments to ensure timely arrivals and identify potential delays.
• Liaise with the customs clearance team to facilitate and expedite the cargo release process.
• Assist with physical inspection and survey of cargo to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

The Talent:

• Minimum 2 years freight forwarding experience.
• Sat, Sun, PH working under OT allowance - Must be on Standby
• Driver license (to drive to the terminal to pickup documents or cargo) - Class 3 License
