A food manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a logistics staff member to handle the reception and inspection of incoming goods. Responsibilities include recording stock, issuing accurate items, and managing daily operations like FIFO and minimizing stock loss. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365, be meticulous, and have a positive attitude. An ability to start on short notice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from vendors.
• Record goods into the system.
• Stock items in designated locations.
• Issue items and ensure correctness in description and quantity.
• Sort, pick and prepare items for collection or delivery.
• Manage daily operations including FIFO management.
• Minimize stock loss.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

• Issue items and to ensure the items issued are correct (e.g. description, quantity, etc)
• To sort, pick and prepare items for collection/delivery.
• Daily operations (receiving, issuing of items, FIFO management)
• Able to minimize stock loss
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department
