Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to manage incoming goods and stock accuracy in their warehouse. The role includes daily receiving, storage, and housekeeping tasks with an emphasis on maintaining stock integrity. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, making it a great opportunity for individuals with a secondary school education. Applicants must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• Possess secondary school education.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and email.
• Able to handle heavy load of goods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and properly store goods in the warehouse.
• Backup daily delivery orders (picking & packing).
• Perform daily housekeeping and remove empty pallets and boxes.
• Re-print new stock cards daily.
• Achieve 100% accuracy for monthly stock checks.

Job description

This role is being offered in partnership with our recruitment partner. If selected, your employment contract will be issued by the recruitment partner, but you’ll be working directly with Acer Computer (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Daily incoming physical items receiving and proper storage of the goods in warehouse.
• Backup ACS DO picking daily delivery orders (picking & packing).
• Daily housekeeping, remove empty pallets and boxes.
• Daily re-print new stock card.
• Achieve 100% accuracy for monthly stock check on all items.
• Fill in details on the stock card / print new stock card for stock receiving.

Requirements / Other Information

• Possess secondary school education.
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office and email.
• Able to handle heavy load of goods.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• 1 year contract, renewable based on performance and job requirements.
