Perform goods receiving and conduct thorough inspections for quality and quantity.
Assist in the manual unloading of furniture and bulky products from incoming containers.
Organize and manage storage locations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory control.
Execute accurate order picking and goods issuance for customer delivery or collection.
Handle goods loading and dispatch procedures while ensuring products are secured for transit.
Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) like forklifts and reach trucks for daily stock movement.
Conduct professional chair installation and basic furniture assembly for outgoing orders.
Manage the disposal of debris, packaging materials, and returned goods according to company SOPs.
Maintain warehouse housekeeping and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
Update WMS and ERP systems promptly to ensure 100% real‑time stock accuracy.
Support stock‑take activities, including physical counts and investigating quantity discrepancies.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent (previous Inventory Controller experience is an asset).
Must possess a valid forklift license with experience in a warehouse environment.
Proficient in MS Office and basic experience with ERP or WMS platforms.
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy furniture and manual labor.
Strong team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Able to work a 5.25‑day work week (including alternate Saturdays).
