Job summary

A commercial cleaning equipment manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Admin / Warehouse Clerk to provide administrative support for store operations.   • Position Title: Warehouse Admin / Warehouse Clerk
  • Working Location: Gul Crescent (Transport provided at Boon Lay, Lakeside, Chinese Garden, Yew Tee)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:15AM-5:30PM)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2700 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support for store operations (Spare parts department), including preparing local purchase orders.
  • Receive and process transfer orders and goods received and generate pick lists.
  • Support inventory control activities, including stock checks and stock adjustments.
  • Keep the Warehouse Management System (WMS) updated accurately and on time.
  • Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries from internal teams.
  • Prepare and update documents such as letters, reports, and emails.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
