Job summary

A logistics company in Changi is seeking a Warehouse Admin to manage documentation and coordinate shipments. Responsibilities include maintaining checklists, documenting customs processes, and ensuring timely deliveries. Candidates must have a Class 3 Driving License and willingness to learn. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Possess Class 3 Driving License, to pickup documents from terminal.
• Willing to learn, training provided.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse checklists and provide clearance status updates.
• Scan, upload, and manage TDN and POD documents in the internal system.
• Prepare and organize delivery documentation for import shipments.
• Submit CMD documentation for customs clearance on time.
• Track and monitor inbound shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolve potential delays.
• Coordinate with customs clearance team to expedite cargo release.
• Support cargo inspection and surveys to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

Basic Salary: $2300 - $2500
