Job Description:
As a Warehouse Admin, you will oversee and manage various administrative tasks related to warehouse operations. You will ensure efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and smooth coordination between different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, process incoming and outgoing, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts, and returns.
• Coordination: Collaborate with logistics personnel and head office to address any issues or discrepancies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
• Support: Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager and assist in other duties as required.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
