Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and ingredients. Offer personalized recommendations for food and beverages. Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns or complaints.
• Order Taking and Service: Take accurate food and drink orders on tablets. Serve food and drinks efficiently and correctly. Handle "bottle service" if applicable to the club's offerings.
• Payment and Transactions: Present bills to customers and accurately process cash and card payments. Handle tip distribution and accurately manage payment transactions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate orders clearly to kitchen and bar staff. Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth service.
