• Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
• Leading global bank
• Candidates must have experience in investment banking/advisory/M&A from a top-tier investment bank

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, structuring and execution efforts of M&A deals across Southeast Asia
• Pitch, prepare and deliver presentations
• Perform extensive valuation & pricing analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF
• Support senior MDs
• Take primary responsibilities for deal execution of transactions
• Deliver holistic advice to clients
• Mentor analyst-level bankers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 6-8 years or relevant experience in investment banking/advisory/M&A from a top-tier investment bank
• Strong network, relationships, deal track record in APAC market
• Strong financial modelling background; to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyse impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
• Good stakeholder management and liaise with different stakeholders
• Strong work ethic and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
• Analytical and numerate with accounting and finance knowledge
• Good client management skills
• Strong technical and communication skills, detail-oriented and highly motivated
