Qualifications

• Previous experience in a comparable role within Corporate Trust Transaction Management or a law firm.
• Strong track record in a transaction manager or comparable legal role.
• Sufficient structured finance experience to avoid operational or reputational risks.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate documentation for Bond transactions.
• Manage amendments post-closing with internal and external counsel.
• Ensure high standard service delivery to clients.
• Review transactions for compliance with HSBC's standards.
• On-board new transactions and ensure successful hand-over.
