Business Function:
Group Marketing & Communications is responsible for building, protecting, and enhancing the DBS brand in an increasingly commoditised banking industry. Working closely with all units within the DBS Group, we create and execute integrated strategies that focus on communications especially digital communications, marketing, and research to differentiate - and elevate - our brand from the rest of the competition.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Asset Management (DAM) Specialist to join our Enterprise Performance Marketing & Platform team. This role is crucial for optimizing our digital asset workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging GenAI to enhance content creation and management. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of marketing technology, a passion for implementing innovative solutions, and expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI within a dynamic banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and integration of our Content Workbench/ DAM solution, including GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities, across different BUs and teams in all markets.
- Build Marketing co-pilot, focussing on content scaling (copy writing, images and videos)
- Evaluate, onboard the new content productions tools/ Gen AI/ Agentic solutions to help marketing team to scale creatives production, adaptation etc.,
- Integrate digital asset manager (DAM) across MarTech platform to activate content across digital touchpoints through DAM.
- Work closely with Technology and cross-functional teams to integrate Content Workbench/ DAM with other essential marketing technologies and platforms, emphasizing AI-driven interoperability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their digital asset needs and translate them into effective strategies, workflows, leveraging on AI-powered solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advocating for the strategic advantages of Content Workbench/ DAM in enhancing marketing efficiency and brand integrity.
- Govern and maintain metadata standards and taxonomies, leveraging deployed solution for automated tagging, classification, and enhanced searchability of assets.
- Provide training and ongoing support to system users, ensuring effective utilization of features and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee the daily operation of the application, working with Technology and responsible for a backlog of features or enhancements to be made.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging Martech, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends, recommending improvements to our ecosystem.
- Monitor asset usage and performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing content strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in implementing, integrating, and managing enterprise-level content design, creation, DAM, content activation, creative quality assessment and content workbench solutions. Deep understanding of metadata, taxonomy, automated tagging, and content governance.
- Minimum experience of 10+ years in the end-to-end content management (from creation to content effectiveness measurement), automation and optimisation.
- Workflow Optimization (10+ Years): Demonstrated ability to translate marketing asset needs into effective, AI-powered strategies and workflows for content creation, activation, and distribution across email, push notifications, pWeb, and in-app presentments and wide range of social messaging channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, line and Ad formats across Google, Instagram, Facebook etc..,
- MarTech Integration & Interoperability (10+ Years): Extensive experience integrating content management solutions with diverse MarTech platforms, emphasizing AI-driven interoperability.
- Exceptional ability to lead and collaborate with technology and marketing teams, providing training and advocating for solution adoption across various business units and markets.
- Product ownership & Optimization (10+ Years): Significant experience in building MarTech products, overseeing application operations, managing feature backlogs, and optimizing content strategies based on asset performance and industry best practices.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging, application of Generative AI and Agentic AI for content scaling (copywriting, images, video) and creative production within a MarTech ecosystem.
- Proactive approach to staying informed on emerging MarTech, GenAI, and Agentic AI trends, with a track record of recommending and implementing ecosystem improvements.
- Preferred MarTech tools experience – Experience with any of the content management, workflow automation platforms such as open text, Liferay, open text media manager, Adobe creative tools, Google solutions, Adobe Workfront, Asana, Zapier, workato, n8n,HubSpot’s Autonomous Marketing Suite.
