Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced wealth management professional to manage the Unit Trust product lifecycle and guide front office on Unit Trusts and Alternative products (Hedge Funds and Private Assets).

Successful candidate will require to be proficient in and manage Fund onboarding, Front office guidance, Channel management (Offline & Digital), Platform management, Risk management and cross product proposition for best in class client experience. Role requires strong stakeholder management skills, wealth management expertise, operational rigour and the ability to run with initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Unit Trust Product Lifecycle Management
  • Support new product, service initiatives and proposition launches on all bank channels – Traditional and Digital; for AI and Non AI clients
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation, maintenance, and review of unit trusts and alternative funds for DBS Consumer Banking
  • Support regular coaching, training and market/product briefings to front office and Act as a subject matter expert for Unit Trusts and Alternatives, supporting client advisors with product-related queries and materials.
  • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - encompassing Tech, Ops, complaince, Legal, Marketing and Risk
  • Meet revenue, volume targets and product KPI metrics on overall and per channel basis
  • To have a keen understanding and full awareness of, and adherence to, in-country regulatory framework, rules of engagement in the sales and marketing of investment products, as well as legal and compliance guidelinests
  • Drive strategic initiatives and projects that span across multiple product classes to deliver holistic solutions for clients and advisors
  • Represent business needs to guide platform enhancements and other capability developments to aid overall goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with 10 – 12 years in wealth management with expertise in Unit Trusts and/or Alternative Investments
  • Knowledge of Unit Trusts structures, banking and investment products & services (traditional and alternative asset classes)
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements as well as exposure to multicultural issues
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct along with good MS office skills
  • Good Planning and organizing capability
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Collaborative and client-focused.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Open to accept challenges and continuous learning
  • Self motivated team players with excellent service aptitude who would enjoy in a fast-paced service focused environment
  • Willing to coach, support, and work as a team with RMs & other stakeholders in the bank to achieve KPI
