Job summary

A leading services company based in Singapore is seeking individuals to provide excellent customer service and ensure visitor safety. The role involves greeting visitors, handling queries, and performing several outdoor duties. Candidates should have a minimum of GCE O Level and at least 1 year of experience in customer service. Job description

Working Hours/Pattern: 7.30am to 7.30pm/4 Days per week

Basic Salary: $2000 + MPI (Monthly Performance Incentives)

PTs are welcome at up to $12/hr!!!

Job Scope

• Provide customer service and handle visitors’ queries
• Perform roving duties around the gardens and visitor information duties
• Greet and welcome visitors with excellent customer service
• Ensure the safety of the visitors and assist with crowd management
• Identify and report safety lapses, risk issues or incidents to Supervisors
• Perform service recovery where necessary
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience will be advantageous
• Enjoy working with the general public at outdoor environment
• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, attractions sectors would be preferred
• Good communication skills and good command of English
