As a Virtual Training & Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating training schedules, managing learning platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs that drive professional growth and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage virtual training sessions, workshops, and e‑learning programs.
  • Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training databases.
  • Assist in the development of training materials, guides, and e‑learning content.
  • Schedule and communicate training sessions to participants and stakeholders.
  • Track participant progress, attendance, and performance metrics; generate reports for management review.
  • Support trainers and subject matter experts with session logistics and technical setup.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with company learning and development policies.
  • Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to align training programs with organizational objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and LMS tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies is a plus.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or HR support.

Working Hours
  • Full‑time position, Monday to Friday.
