Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in providing desktop support. Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in VIP Desktop Support.
• Previous IT helpdesk and/or call center support experience is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation Certified and relevant technical skills certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide VIP desktop support to senior leaders/top management.
• Act as a single point of contact for incident resolution.
• Deliver VIP customer experience aligned to company values.
