We’re looking for a Video Editor who is not just technically strong, but also flexible, adaptable, and resourceful— someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and how to turn raw footage into compelling content that performs across platforms.

This role will start on a project/contract basis, with the potential to convert into a long-term full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, education content, and brand storytelling.
• Craft engaging narratives through pacing, music, sound design, and visual rhythm.
• Adapt videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) while maintaining strong brand consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Media teams to translate ideas and scripts into polished final outputs.
• Add basic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects where needed to enhance clarity and impact.
• Proactively experiment with new editing styles, formats, and trends to improve performance and engagement.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines independently with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong video portfolio showcasing editing, pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
• Solid understanding of short-form content dynamics (hooks, retention, rhythm).
• Basic motion graphics and text animation skills are a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable—able to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Resourceful problem-solver who can figure things out independently.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling, and brand alignment.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable in a results-oriented environment.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset.
