Job description

We are looking for aVideo & Content Producer (Social) with strong videography and video editing experience. This role is focused on producing high-quality video content across multiple channels, including social media, campaigns, and digital platforms. While video production and editing are the core responsibilities, the role also involves hands‑on content creation, from contributing ideas and concepts to shaping narratives and executions that align with brand and campaign goals. An understanding of platform requirements is important for delivering effective, engaging, and well‑optimized work.

You will own the end‑to‑end video production process, from planning and capturing footage to editing polished, on‑brand videos. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure content is visually compelling, aligned with brand standards, and delivered efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Video Production & Videography

• Plan and capture high‑quality video content for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Shoot product‑focused footage including close‑ups and macro jewelry shots.
• Capture lifestyle, model, and campaign content aligned with creative direction.
• Produce both vertical and horizontal video content for various use cases.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and basic audio equipment.
• Ensure footage is stable, well‑lit, and consistent with brand standards.
• Coordinate with creative, branding, and product teams to ensure all required shots are captured efficiently.

Video Editing & Post‑Production

• Edit video content for social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook.
• Campaign launches and seasonal collections.
• Website, product pages, and homepage videos.
• Email marketing and digital promotions.
• Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and brand‑consistent videos.
• Add music, clean audio, sound effects, text overlays, motion graphics, and light visual effects.
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure accurate and premium jewelry representation.
• Optimize video formats, length, resolution, and compression based on platform and use case.
• Manage and organize video assets using clear naming conventions and archiving systems.

Content Creation & Collaboration

• Contribute ideas, concepts, and creative input for video content.
• Adapt campaign and brand assets into video formats suitable for different channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, and social teams to align content with broader goals.
• Stay informed on platform formats, best practices, and evolving content trends.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate quickly when needed.

Who You Are:

Required

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, ideally within e‑commerce, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong hands‑on experience operating cameras, lighting setups, and basic audio equipment.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and composition.
• Comfortable balancing creative input with execution‑focused production work.
• Able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Preferred

• Experience with motion graphics or animation tools such as Adobe After Effects.
• Understanding of photography principles and how they translate into video.
• Passion for jewelry, fashion, or alternative lifestyle brands.
• Experience producing content for both social and non‑social digital platforms.
