Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to serve as Vice President (VP) of Revenue Operations for Asia Pacific. This role integrates revenue operations, marketing strategy, and business planning to drive growth, operational excellence, and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success. The VP will lead initiatives that optimize revenue processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and deliver strategic marketing programs that strengthen brand presence and accelerate pipeline generation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Revenue Operations & Commercial Excellence
    • Revenue Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional revenue strategies aligned with global objectives. Lead annual planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
    • Sales & Marketing Operations: Ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing processes, from lead generation to pipeline management and customer lifecycle optimization.
    • Data & Business Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards and analytics to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for growth.
    • Sales Tools & CRM: Oversee adoption and optimization of CRM and enablement tools to improve productivity and data accuracy.
    • Process Optimization: Design scalable workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency across revenue teams. Drive change management initiatives for smooth implementation.
    • Sales Compensation: Manage incentive plan design and automation to align with business goals and motivate performance.
  • Marketing & Strategic Planning
    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
    • Growth Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to Asia Pacific markets.
    • Marketing Leadership: Oversee regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment with global brand and strategy. Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
    • Campaigns & Events: Lead execution of digital campaigns and regional events to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs for marketing initiatives and report ROI to senior leadership.
    • Team Development: Mentor and develop high-performing teams across revenue operations and marketing, fostering innovation and collaboration.
Who You Are:

You are a strategic, data-driven leader with deep expertise in revenue operations and marketing strategy. You excel at aligning cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving transformation across complex organizations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Extensive experience in revenue operations, marketing strategy, and commercial excellence leadership roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM and BI tools
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage change effectively
  • Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills
