Responsibilities
  • Supplier Onboarding & Compliance
  • Manage supplier onboarding and reactivation processes, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot onboarding issues and uphold due diligence standards.
  • Contract Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end contract process, including preparation, review, amendment, and termination.
  • Partner with legal and business teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and track their progress.
  • Procurement & Payment Operations
  • Handle purchase requests and orders, ensuring approvals and budget compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance and project teams to facilitate timely payments and resolve procurement concerns.
  • Invoice Review & Budget Monitoring
  • Validate and approve supplier invoices to ensure accuracy and consistency with agreed services.
  • Track project budgets and spending, providing regular reports and financial insights to stakeholders.
