Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to assist customers with vehicle damage reports and claims. Responsibilities include investigating damages, managing accident reports, and following up with customers. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or enforcement, with familiarity in office software and web technologies. A class 3 or 2B licence is advantageous. This role offers a competitive salary range of $2500 to $2800.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers on vehicle damage reports through calls, emails, or onsite visits.
  • Investigate damages on vehicles and assess repair costs.
  • Assist with managing accident reports and follow-ups.
  • Help with the recovery of vehicles if required.
  • Assist with other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
