Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore seeks a skilled technician for maintaining and troubleshooting audio-visual systems within conferencing environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in system integration and possess relevant certifications. Responsibilities include supporting meeting room technology and advising clients on event setups. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintaining meeting room conferencing system, inclusive of supporting audio visual devices such as room control system, video switchers, ceiling mics.
• Able to understand simple system design concept and interpret the ideas to customers.
• Able to negotiate or advise customer for event setup manners.
• Able to troubleshoot system independently.

Skills/Requirement

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or IT with minimum 2 years of system integration experience is preferred.
• Relevant Audio-Visual certifications from Crestron, Extron, Biamp, QSC, Shure or Sennheiser.
• Proven hands‑on audio‑visual system troubleshooting skills.
• Proven Teams Room system (MTR) troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Teams room system (MTR) system support, firmware patches, OSpatches.
• Experience with live event support, especially hybrid type event.
• Experience with video conferencing platform management and troubleshooting (WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
