A leading FMCG wholesaler is seeking a Van Sales Representative in Singapore to manage sales routes, build retailer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Ideal candidates will possess a Class 3 driving license and at least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG products. This position involves outdoor work and offers a salary package of up to $2400, plus a mobile allowance and additional incentives. Training is provided for candidates without prior experience.

Qualifications

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2400 (Basic) + $30 (Mobile allowance) + OT + Incentives + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Follows the assigned daily sales route and completes required calls.
• Achieves sales and distribution targets and tracks progress daily.
• Manages outlet stock: checks freshness, restocks, rotates stock, and prevents out-of-stock or overstock situations.
• Recommends appropriate products for each outlet.
• Executes trade promotions and clearly explains mechanics to retailers.
• Adheres to the schedule so all assigned outlets are serviced.
• Builds and maintains strong retailer relationships.
• Complies with the company's payment policy and informs supervisor of any retailer payment changes.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Able to work OT (if required).
