Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design.
• Hands‑on experience maintaining a design system or component library.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
• Experience collaborating with engineers.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (e.g., React, CSS).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency and usability.
• Anticipate product needs and build scalable components.
• Establish contribution, review, and release processes for the design system.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure feasibility of design system components.
• Support product designers in using the design system effectively.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in designs.
