We are seeking a strategic and visionary UX Architect to join our Design Innovation & User Experience (DIUX) team. You will play a key role in shaping the design direction of next-generation digital solutions for defence and security operations, enhancing accessibility and usability for servicemen.

Your Responsibilities

As a UX Architect in our DIUX team, you’ll:

• Conduct Strategic Research: Identify user needs, business opportunities, and emerging trends. Provide insights to inform design vision and product strategy. Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
• Lead Design Vision: Define product vision and roadmap with stakeholders. Develop design vision documents and strategies. Establish design principles and standards.
• Translate Vision into UX Tasks: Break down design vision into actionable tasks for UX Designers. Align design tasks with product goals and user needs. Plan and manage design sprints, ensuring timely delivery.
• Track Success Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for design effectiveness. Analyse user feedback and UX analytics to inform design iterations.

What We’re Looking For:
