Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience on Singapore MRT Tunneling projects.
• Experience with utility work or RES with EMA / SPPG is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design of utility diversion routes and supporting structures.
• Study existing utilities and oversee site utility diversion work.
• Engage with approved subcontractors for services diversion works.
• Identify and resolve system failures, managing preventative maintenance.
• Direct project groups and provide guidance on utility processes.
• Compile data on utility process units for monitoring efficiency.
• Manage utility construction projects focusing on scope and budget.
