Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to $4,000 (basic)
Allowances/Bonuses: AWS and Variable Bonus
Work Pattern: 12-hour shift

Key Responsibilities

Utility Systems & Equipment Operations

• Operate and maintain utility systems including boilers, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), odour containment systems, reverse osmosis (RO) water systems, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, and nitrogen distribution systems

• Support production equipment operations such as spray dryers, powder blenders, and liquid tanks

Maintenance & Housekeeping

• Conduct routine maintenance, chemical top-ups, cleaning, waste residue disposal, and replacement of spent chemical solutions

• Perform preventive maintenance and functional checks on all utility and production systems

• Maintain accurate records of operating parameters and maintenance activities

Troubleshooting & Reporting

• Identify early signs of equipment malfunction or wear and escalate issues promptly

• Ensure all systems are operating efficiently and reliably

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with vendors for maintenance works, spare parts, and chemical supplies

• Coordinate contractor-led calibration programmes for instruments, utility systems, and production equipment
