Job description

Summary:

• Multiple Locations (West, North, East)

• Basic Salary + OT = High Gross

• No experience required; training provided

Warehouse Assistant/ Coordinator - West/ East/ North

• Assist with loading and unloading goods for delivery

• Deliver items safely and punctually to customers

• Support receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock

• Pick, pack, and label orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept warehouse environment
  

• Training provided, all are welcome to apply.

• Able to carry heavy boxes weighing up to 25kg and comfortable with prolonged standing.

• Possessing a valid forklift license will be an advantage.

Warehouse Admin - West/ East

• Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation for warehouse operations.

• Prepare and update inventory, delivery, and stock movement records.

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to support daily operations.

• Assist in generating reports and support general office and warehouse administration duties.

• Basic administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.

• Able to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Forklift Operator - West

• Handle loading, unloading, picking, packing, labeling, and verification of goods.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate inventory records.

• Assist with ad-hoc duties and support daily warehouse operations as required.
  

• Possessing a valid forklift license will be an advantage.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with warehouse experience will have an added advantage.
  

Warehouse Supervisor - West / East

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, and delivery)

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure smooth workflow

• Monitor inventory and conduct stock checks

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments

• Handle operational issues and reporting

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Basic inventory and warehouse system knowledge

• Able to work independently and in a team
