Job description

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the design and development of hardware and software components for equipment in the semiconductor industry, including analysis, modeling, calculations, measurements, and qualification.
• Defining hardware and software requirements for a cross‑functional development team, including mechanics, electronics, software, and motion control.
• Conducting experiments and analyzing results to determine optimal system parameters and machine production sequences.
• Providing assistance to both internal and external customers, with occasional business travel.
• Collaborating with product management on customer projects.
• Supporting manufacturing engineering with assembly and supplier‑related issues.

Requirements

• University‑level technical education, preferably in microsystem technology, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• Previous experience in semiconductor, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with initiative and personal accountability.
• Capable of presenting complex topics in a manner tailored to the audience.
• Knowledge, experience, and involvement in ESG initiatives is a plus.
