What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Supporting the preparation of audit files and liaising with external auditors

• Providing financial analysis and insights to management to aid decision-making

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Mentoring and training junior members of the accounting team

What we're looking for

• A degree in Accounting or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role, in the manufacturing industry

• Excellent knowledge of Singapore's accounting standards and tax regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues

• Proficient in using accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• A team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
