Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate work schedules for all production departments, including Machining, Welding, Painting, and Assembly.
• Enforce manufacturing systems, procedures, and company policies to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues, anticipate potential problems, and collaborate with teams to implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure all machines and equipment are maintained in good working condition according to the maintenance schedule.
• Ensure daily production targets and performance expectations set by Management are met.
• Provide hands‑on supervision by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining workflow schedules.
  

Key Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant industry or production-related experience
• Strong knowledge of production management practices and processes
• Solid understanding of quality standards, as well as health and safety regulations
• Experienced in manpower planning and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills
• Strong decision-making capabilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Skilled in conflict management and resolution
• Demonstrates high levels of discipline, integrity, and professionalism
• Willing to take on multiple responsibilities as needed
