Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated technician to handle end-to-end pump servicing, including installation and troubleshooting of vacuum and mechanical products. The ideal candidate has an ITE or Diploma in Engineering and is willing to commit to overtime and 24/7 standby. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical support and accurately capturing service information using SAP. Responsibilities

• Appraise, troubleshoot, repair vacuum and mechanical products.

Responsibilities

• Appraise, troubleshoot, repair vacuum and mechanical products.
• Responsible for end-to-end pump servicing from installation, commissioning to after sales services
• Provide onsite advise to customers on technical issues.
• Project, perform and deliver under pressure with tight deadlines when necessary.
• Responsible for performing Installation and commissioning activities.
• Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customers requirements. Examples being basic fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance activities.
• Able to use SAP to accurately capture service-related information as determined by the scope of responsibility for creation of field service notifications and orders, through to completion.
• Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.
