• Streamline business processes using digital tools and automation workflows.
• Support AI and data analytics initiatives (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power BI dashboards).
• Coordinate with departments to identify areas for process digitalization.
• Manage documentation, version control, and system rollout across projects.
• Provide user training and create reference guides for new systems.
• Ensure solutions comply with ICT governance and data management policies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and data integration.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills for project implementation.
